In this panel, the Grameen Creative Lab and their long-standing partner BNP Paribas will share practical examples with the audience of how intrapreneurship directly impacts the company and employee performance. On one side, it can generate business growth through the support of an innovative environment, and on the other side, it encourages individuals to fully engage with the business’ goals and take control of their work.
