Born and raised in Bangalore, Pratheek has always been passionate about solving real world problems and loves adventure. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, he started working in the education sector as a Gandhi Fellow, where he understood grassroot level challenges faced by migrant communities living in the slums of Surat. He went on to work with Daily Dump, a design driven solution provider working in waste management based in Bangalore.
Pratheek has extensively worked on several projects in the past and is thrilled to be part of Yunus Environment Hub. He is currently working on the Zero Plastic Waste City project in Puducherry, that is envisioned to setup a social business with an aim to minimize plastic leakage into the sea by channelizing Puducherry’s plastic waste to recycling.
