Paula is an Incubation & Mentoring Advisor to the Yunus Environment Hub supporting the team with her expertise in education, co-creation, design thinking, entrepreneurship, workshop and conference moderation. 

She is a weaver and innovator, passionate about creative ideas & collaborative actions for fostering more effective solutions to our common challenges. With over 10 years of experience as consultant, she has advised diverse organizations and social businesses in different countries of Latin America and Africa, with a special focus on youth, rural and women- led projects. She loves learning and supporting communities from diverse backgrounds and being immersed in nature.

Paula is co-founder and CEO of the Impact HUB Bogotá, the first center for social and environmental innovation in Colombia, connected with a global network currently present in over 100 cities around the world.
